Who Are We?

At Australian Property Scout (APS), we’re more than just property investment experts — we’re property investors ourselves. Prior to joining the team, many of us started as APS clients, which means we think and act like investors because we live and breathe it every day. We specialise in finding high-quality, growth-focused investment properties across Australia. Our mission is to help clients grow their wealth and achieve financial freedom through strategic property investments, specifically to retire 500 investors by 2030.

How Did We Start?

Australian Property Scout was founded by Sam Gordon, a highly successful property investor who achieved financial independence by building a portfolio of over 20+ properties in his 20s. Starting from humble beginnings, Sam learned to navigate the property market through trial and error, ultimately refining his strategies to focus on purchasing the correct asset type, in the correct market at the correct price.

Sam wanted to help people reach the same level of success no matter what level you’re at. Having previously been burnt in the property industry, along with his passion for property investment grew into a mission to help others achieve similar success, leading him to establish APS.

If we go through APS, are we able to still use our broker?

Short answer, of course.

Should you have your own broker or even better have financed approved already we’d simply be removing one step out of our process.
